A 23 years old lady presented to casualty with following symptoms: • Fever since 2 days and Vomiting since 1 day • Patient was apparently alright 2 days back when she developed fever, which was high grade fever associated with chills and rigors. History of 5 to 6 episodes of vomiting since day one, associated with nausea, nonblood tinged and non-bile stained vomitus. • No h/o pain abdomen, loose stools, No h/o rashes, No h/o bleeding manifestations.
