Celiac disease and congenital hepatic fibrosis rare association. CASE CHARACTERISTICS: 8 year female diagnosed celiac disease, congenital hepatic fibrosis with portal hypertension. INTERVENTION: Gluten free diet, Endoscopic band ligation OUTCOME: Partial improvement. MESSAGE: Rare association but should keep in mind.
