To evaluate the outcome of adjustable suture technique in ptosis surgery. Surgical management of blepharoptosis is indicated in multiple situations and the post-operative outcomes can be as variable as the indications for surgery. Adjustable suture techniques in ptosis repair have been introduced and variable efficacies have been reported.
