Mycosis fungoides is a cutaneous T-cell lymphoma characterized by infiltration of skin with patches, plaques & nodules composed of T-lymphocytes. It is most common type of CTCL. Tumor d’emblee is the term used for patient presenting with skin tumors arising denovo. We report a case of MF d’emblee variant with tumors of only 20 days duration.
