KIMURA DISEASE: CASE REPORT

Kimura Disease is a rare chronic inflammatory disease of unknown etiology. It affects young males of Asian origin. It is common in head and neck region and a preoperative diagnosis can avoid radical approach. A 38 years old female presented with this lesion affecting right parotid region and left orbit. True cut biopsy helped in its diagnosis and subsequent treatment planning. Debulking of mass in right parotid region was undertaken and patient has been followed up to 1 year so far without recurrence.
