Pulmonary infiltrates with eosinophilia (PIE) syndromes is a motley group of diverse entities, which share common features of chest opacities and peripheral blood eosinophilia. Tropical pulmonary eosinophilia (TPE) is a PIE prevalent worldwide, which has continued to fox pulmonologists as well as radiologists for years, due to the varied clinicoradiological manifestations. This often leads to delayed diagnosis, engendering significant morbidity. Hence, acquiring holistic information about all the clinical and radiologic manifestations of the entity becomes vital. This article attempts to do the same using a case series format.
