Common ocular findings in Laurence-Moon-Biedl syndrome (LMBS) are rod-cone dystrophy (Atypical retinitis pigmentosa), myopia, astigmatism, anisometropia, strabismus, keratoconus, optic atrophy and nystagmus. We report three siblings presenting with decreased visual acuity due to isolated high compound myopic astigmatism.
